STORAGE GUIDELINES

Below are a few storage guidelines to ensure the safety of your items. If there are any questions not listed below, please feel free to call us or use our contact us page on the right-hand side and one of our representatives will be glad to help you.

Fragile Items
It is important when storing your stuff with Simplify to ensure the safety of your items. Fragile items should be properly wrapped in protective wrapping to ensure your items do not break during transport to our facility. Valuables
When storing your valuable items with us, please insure your valuables as a protective measure. You can do this by adding these items on to your existing homeowner’s insurance plan. Please contact your homeowner’s insurance for further assistance.

Illegal Items
There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal items being store at our facility including, but not limited to storing guns, ammunition, weapons and/or illegal drugs. 

Hazardous Materials
Storing hazardous materials in any of our units including, without limitation, substances that are toxic, reactive, volatile, flammable, explosive, hazardous, or corrosive, or that are, at any time, regulated by state, Federal or local authorities is prohibited.

Food, beverages, plants are not allowed to be stored at our storage facility. Please ensure that any items sensitive to water are properly protected.

Animals and Perishables  
C’mon guys, leave the tigers at home! It is also prohibited store food of any kind in our storage facility. Use precaution to avoid storing any items that may attract vermin, create a nuisance, have a obnoxious odor or stench, or endanger the safety or health of people or the environment.
